All writing is about engagement; it is the lifeblood of writing. No engagement and folks give up, that is the reality of the situation. I think we have all seen the miner's graphic where one miner gives up two inches from the mother load.

At the beginning of WA, there are all these popups suggesting that you write a post and share, so many create that dip your toes in the water post. Usually, it's about two sentences because you don't know what it is all about.

Given that we are into blogging, that in its self can be a make or break issue.

Some people arrive and are full noise into it, and then again, excellent writers don't always equate to becoming good marketers. Just as excellent IT folks do not necessarily make for successful marketers as do successful marketers make for good bloggers or IT folks.

Because the online world is so changeable, we continually need to be learning, growing, and developing. It can be about becoming that all rounder once we get our heads around that the horizon expands for us.

I spoke to someone yesterday and putting it mildly they are struggling, they are heading for the exit. We are complex creatures with many challenges inbuilt and hardwired. I had a look at what they were doing.

Good job, in fact a terrific job!

The major problem is that they couldn't see it.

There are phases in the journey where you can seriously challenge what you are doing, and much of that challenge comes from the results that you are creating or not. Sometimes the sales pitch doesn't align with expectations that are created, that can happen at any stage or phase.

Don't worry about what other people are doing or say they are doing because what they do is not going to put dollars in your Pay Pal account.

The only one that is going to make that happen is you; that is as simple as it gets, and the single formula that works is the formula that works for you.

You have a niche, and it can be like finding your niche within the gazillion niches in existence on the subject you are covering and exploring.

It can be about finding our place and space within the online world when we hit that zone; it is the sweet spot. The whole journey is a process, and it is all about learning and becoming one with the processes involved. It would be excellent to make it happen overnight; the trouble is it doesn't.

"They don't hire many if any, 1st-semester law students to sit as supreme court judges."

"Cwry, cwry, cwry, cwrying, so sad."

People come and ask; things are not going according to plan; it's hard and a struggle. It is not significant things, just a lot of little things that can be tweaked to change outcomes. Like the wise person said 90% of it can be user error.

One thing for sure by default of being here in WA, you are growing and learning and becoming that all rounder. It can be hard even folks immersed in the community and online world can struggle, you see it in their comments.

It can be helpful if a transition occurs where we go from plaything to getting serious about what we are doing. People talk about commitment, relative it is more than that. It can be about getting to the point where it is part of you.

It's what you do, and from observation, you are all doing way better than you think you are, and that is what counts.

Make the connection with your journey, and it will be that much easier to let others know what it's all about.

Don't have to be the best expert; all you need to become is that all rounder, it works a treat.

*** Appreciate the very pragmatic uplifting post here, Alex! ....

ok, become an 'all-rounder.'

so much to learn and to do and to build .... it's finding that systematic rhythm that works for the individual person who can find their stride and then stick with it ....

quirks and quarks along that path to finding it .... especially in this tech world ... must be a movie about it perhaps ...

thanks kindly for this post ... all the best ... :) ***

Hi Keisha, it can be easy to get caught up in the I have to be an expert tpo succeed syndrome.

when all it takes is the syickability to become an all rounder, knowing enough to get to where we want to go.

Expert does arrive when we least expect it.

Glad that you enjoyed this post.

Alex

*** yes, you're so right, Alex ... it's mostly about 'stickability' or i like to say, 'stick-to-it-ness!' ...

so all to say, 'stick around and let's win together!.' ... enjoy! ...

cheerio ... ⭐️👼⭐️.... ***

Interesting observations. The changing way we are doing everything in this day and time makes me know that hanging in and finding out how to connect with our changing clients will be the assignment going forward. Our readers are like us, still changing.
Sami

Hi Sami, we are certainly in a period if rapid change. It can be an opportunity to create our best work.

Realizing it is the same for everyone, can help us to connect with customers and audiences.

Good to see you.

Alex

There's a great message here, for us all. It reminds me of the phrase "Own it". Thank you Alex.

That can be one of the best buy ins we can make, Twack, It can take time, the effort is worth the investment.

Alex

Thanks Alex. Great alround advice. I have been here since January & income levels so far are low but yesterday I saw on bing that at least 10 of my articles (didnt check them all) were on page 1 for different search words & subjects. I know from members who have been here longer than I that it works but to see them on page 1, some in first position is motivating. As is your post here.

He who says it cant be done, dont stop the person doing it. WA training works!

Have a great day.

Trevor

Hi Trevor, Thank you for sharing. We are all on a journey and there is a process to be learned and followed.

All along the way there are successes to be celebrated.

Really like your quote, so true and motivating.

Alex

Nice one, Alex! Patience and perseverance are critical! Jeff

Absolutely Jeff. WA has taught me patience!

It certainly has taught me that too, Trevor! Enjoy your day!

Jeff

Too true Jeff, once we work that one out the horizons do start to expand.
Alex

Yes! They do, indeed, Alex!
