Domains on the go

It is one of those days of reflection.

We can buy domain names right here in WA.

Just availed my self of the opportunity, had a flash sitting in a cafe, enjoying my favorite brew.

Got on my phone, did a quick search, availability yes.

A minute later it was a done deal.

Continue to be amazed at the speed and efficiency of the process.

I like doing business the Wealthy Affiliate way.

I would assume that many here are purchasing domain names, it kind of comes with the territory. We are in the online business it seems to be a natural progression.

Some folks tell me they have a growing portfolio of domains both in number and value.

An old time trader told me that a bird in the hand is worth two in the Bush.

To cut a long story short; domains have value only when we can convert them.

One way would be creating a website around that domain or on selling that domain name.

The value only arrives when we can convert.

What we think it is worth and what value we obtain is subjective.

Like everything, we do online we need to have a plan, otherwise we run the chance of missing the opportunity, or the risk of letting that opportunity collect dust on the shelf, hard drive, or servers of your domains registrars.

Anything can become a shiny object, everything has a purpose, we all need to make things work. It can be easy to get the " gunna disease " even a mild form can be crippling. You know the one " gunna " do this and " gunna do that " and at days end noting has happened the status quo remains.

My reflection, WA has provided an excellent opportunity to purchase domain names in house. Making the most of that, and creating value, is the work in progress.

Today was a good day at the office, I will let you know how it goes.
