Our Enemy - "Inflation"
Inflation has huge impact on our lives and it does not only affect our salaries but also the cost of purchasing. Inflation hits everyone from every angle, food, transporation, gas prices (though the prices of gas have gone down at the time of writing) and other goods and services.
Understanding the impact of inflation is essential as it has significant effect also on the long term savings and your retirement in the later years. If we do nothing to deal with it, one can just only lower the living standard. If one is still young and still in the workforce, you could implement some strategies in order to fight against inflation. Strategies involve long term investment at low risk, engagement of lower loan interest rates and make use of your talents. If one is already retired, then you may want to balance your life style and lower the living standard.
Read my post on "Inflation" on my site and I hope that gives you some ideas about it.
Regards,
Alex

Use caution when re-using the same content in several places, Alex. If Google indexes the content it finds here on WA sooner than the same material on your blog, it will blow off the content on your blog - thinking it's duplicate content. As far as Google is concerned, you copied content you found on someone's blog here on WA and pasted it into a new page on your blog, even if you wrote it first on your blog and then pasted it here :/
That's a very real danger. Since the content here on WA is changing constantly, Google is constantly sending it's bot through to index new material. Conversely, it may not visit your blog for days!
Edit: Just checking, I put "How to Overcome Inflation" (in quotes) in Google to search for it. Take a look at the attached - your blog here on WA is in first position.
What a drag.
Dennis
Quite true,
From the No Spam rule here:
Do not copy content from WA and post it somewhere else on the Internet. This includes copying your own blog content and putting it on your website.
Dennis, what happens in this scenario?
1.WA blog has same title as my blog
2.WA blog has my site URL and some different content than that of blog
I saw my key word ranked, first WA and then blog.which I understand.
Does it hurt ranking. I assume no so. What do you think?
Dear Dennis,
Thanks a billion for the heads up! Really appreciate your tip on this. In that case, I shall edit or remove the blog posts on WA since I should focus on the ranking of my website and not WA.
This is a very useful tip!!
Thanks once again!
Alex
I wouldn't necessarily take down your blog posts, Alex.
Many successful bloggers put forth their best effort on their blog, then condense the article into one or more variations for use on other sites, each providing a link to the main article. That effort may include the preparation of a related video suitable for use on Vimeo or YouTube, again with a link back to your blog.
That way you feed your blog with some of the traffic from the other sites - a part of your funnel in a way. In addition Google sees the backlinks to your site.
Great article!
Dennis
Hi Sridhar,
Don't use your keyword here, in either the title or the url. Using a related keyword is okay though. For example, if your keyword is "how to drill a square hole" on your blog, you could use "Did you know it's possible to drill square holes!" as your WA article title.
Your first effort should be to get your blog to the number one position, since that's where you'll make money. If you intend to put your blog material on WA, modify the blog a bit - condense it and re-write it in such a way as to entice interested readers to go to find and visit your blog.
For example, take a quick look at my other response in this thread, "I wouldn't necessarily take down your blog posts..." My answer here is (to some extent) a re-write of that answer.
All the best -
Dennis
Dear Dennis, thanks a lot for your advice. Yes, I got few keywords listed in WA blog ranking higher than my blog as WA is of authority.
I saw this. I will make changes hence forth.
Dennis - I totally understand Google's inability to discern. How could they? It's a crawler, not a detective! That's why I decided to just play it safe, as you say... I abhor gambling with business. You are so helpful, thanks so much. -Alexx
