Is anyone currently using the Squirrly SEO Plugin? I came across a blogger that swears by it and I am currently using the free version of it. Anyone else find it successful?
I used it for a while on an old website Amber. After a while I got sick of it. The interface starts to dominate your dashboard which I didn't like. It offers keyword selection but we already get this with Jaaxy. Not sure if this really helps, but I just find it's another unnecessary plugin that can possibly slow your site down.
I never heard of the SEO Plugin before so I know nothing about it sorry I can't help you on this.

I know social media plays a big role in helping to get traffic to our sites. I've read where Pinterest in particular can be a big one especially for my niche. My question is sh
No. I wouldn't. I did try it.. It cost me $5.00. I did not make 1 penny for that $5.00. I will just stick to the training from here on out.
All the best,
Wendi
Personally I wouldn;t, for the simple reason being that there are enough strategies available through the training and webinars here, to get all the traffic you need, for the investment of time.
I would just continue to share and get it out there like that I would not pay anything because your site is not making any money right now right? So just continue doing what you are doing and things will fall into place.
Suppose the answer is, can you honestly afford the cost, if the answer is NO, then that answers the question, when I get to such sites, which I am sure that I will one day, that will also be my answer. Have seen some horror stories of just how much it can cost.
My .02 is this. No, do not pay to 'boost' all that does is show more people you're connected with already your bost. If you're going to spend money, pay for targeted ads to people you are not already connected with.
I am having the same question in my head. I have been notified many times by Facebook to boost my posts and promote my page to reach tens of thousands and get website clicks.
My personal experience is that you have to interact wisely with other people in social media that mean not just "being social" but engaging with others about ideas that matter to your topic. With time and patience that work gets traction and it shows eventually with traffic in your site, but in an organic way.
Paying for boosting your posts maybe is a good strategy when you have already people coming and converting well in your website, and you want to leverage that previous successful campaign on social media; otherwise I suggest that first stick on your organic efforts.

Is anyone else intimidated by the whole affiliate process? I am feeling like my little site isn't going to be good enough to get approved since its fairly new and doesn't have
I have Amazon and that is really simple. But you can choose which one you want to work with eBay is another simple one. I hope that this helps you out.
I work for the Awin.com affiliate network, the network which also owns ShareASale.com. Between us we have thousands of different affiliate programs. If your site has some content, all the links work, etc., don't be afraid to apply to the networks - you've got all you need. Traffic is not required, as we understand that will come in due time. Let me know if you want a link and a code to join Awin.com as my guest.
It should pose no problem. If you are turned down they will normally give you a time frame that you can re-apply.
Jerry
It depends on what kind of affiliate programs you are looking for, amazon is fairly quick but some others are not.
here's nothing wrong with building up your traffic at an accelerated create Amber, It WILL pay dividends!
Thank you!! I will try Amazon! I applied for CJ Affliates so hopefully I will get accepted!

Is it a good idea to start more than one blog when starting out? I am fairly new and just finishing up on Level 2 training. I know there is atleast one more blog I would like t
This is greatly dependent upon how much time you have on a daily basis, and even then, you really want to focus on one blog when you start out. (I'm still doing this myself)
This is for several reasons:
1. PPC or Pay Per Click Advertising can be expensive, and you want to direct traffic to a very professional site with your best content. It is easier to do so when all your best stuff is on one site instead of 2.
(This is an advanced topic that you will get into when you go through the Affiliate bootcamp.
2. It is time consuming to make content for two different sites. You want to create quality content as quickly as possible and it's easier to do so on one site instead of two.
3. When you have two blogs, you aren't covering as much ground and you don't look as professional. Not to mention that Search Engines like Google like it when you post frequently. It won't count if it's on two different blogs.
Hope this helps! Phew..
;D
Those of us doing niche websites do not go through affiliate boot camp. It is recommended you only do one or the other. So it is good to know this information.
When I completed The Entrepreneur certification, I went on to Wealthy Affiliate Bootcamp with expectations to learn about promoting WA. What I didn't expect was how the info in the bootcamp would transfer into my other niches!
Good to know. Maybe they should stop recommending we only do the one. If there is info we can use it should be encouraged.
