Hello everyone, hope you're all good and keep working on your websites.

A little late to share September Website report, it took me by surprise to see my WA ranking falling from 100 and something, to now over 1K, not nice to see my ranking dropping that fast in a couple of days, but I told myself, that can happen when I'm busy writing new content for my website and not doing much here.

Well, let's see how my website did on last month, this time I'm talking only about one website, and for the reason I focused on one website this past month.

The reason why I decided to focus on one website was this: how come I've been working on this website for 6 years, it has over 300 posts on it, and it's making so little (yes, money).

Another question to myself was this one: why I keep working on this niche, if I'm not doing that well.

You Can Make Money On Any Niche

As an answer to my last question, it came to me, "it's not the niche you're working on, it's how you're writing that content on that website", yes it was my inner critic.

After reading one or two websites from the competition, I could see more clearly, so I decided to spend some time looking for some keywords to write new content for this website, and this time, thinking about my audience.

Find A Seed Keyword And Write A Group Of New Posts For Your Website

I spend sometime looking to the keywords on my website, after doing this, I could see what is the problem, over 300 posts on it and a small number of keywords!

I found a new keyword, and I thought about a number of new posts that could be written with that keyword as a seed.

- Soup

- Healthy Soup

- Healthy Soup for children

- Warm Soup For the Holidays

- Keep going with more ideas for soup

(This is not my niche, just an example)

More Content On Your Website Gets More Traffic

I started to write two new posts for this website per week, then as I got some good results from it, I started to write 3 or 4 new posts per week.

I must say, this website was getting very poor traffic on the first months of this year, about 20 to 30 visits per day, yes I know, I was not happy at all.

This past month I saw how the traffic went up, and up!

This past week, this website had 3 days getting a good number of traffic:

- 180

- 230

- 208

I checked on Google Analytics, what posts were getting that traffic, and yes it was from the last posts I wrote.

More Traffic On Your Website Means More Money

This website is monetized with Google ads, and as the traffic gets better, it started to make more money for me!

It was a happy, happy week for me, which it motivates me to keep looking for new keywords, and keep writing for more traffic on this website.
