My Heart Is Broken.
It's hard to be in the distance and just on the computer reading what is going on in Mexico today.
Yesterday, one by one my family members and friends told me they are safe.
Then as the information came up, I could see how bad it was, today I will learn more about how many people didn't make it or lost everything what they had.
There's no way to know in advance and earthquake will happen, so everyone can be safe, earthquakes just happen.
Last night I was checking for the last time how my family was doing before I went to bed, when my father's wife told me they will sleep in hammocks in the garage, as they live in one of the neighborhood that was badly affected, they are afraid another earthquake could happen again and their home could collapse.
So I send a message to my children as they live in a smaller city not far from Mexico City and I asked them to host their grand father and his wife, my children told me "no problem at all, they will be welcome in their homes.
But the problem is, highways are so busy, it's almost impossible to drive through.
I know for now, people there will face lots of problems, but once more Mexican people are strong and might take some time, but they will be ok again.
I have a busy day today, work in the morning and in the afternoon (two part time jobs) I will not be on the computer all day, as I did yesterday afternoon.
I will keep my people in my heart all day!
I thank you all of you for your kindness to listen to me in this hard moment.
