How to lose weight in the morning time.
2
Good morning,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful morning. I am currently in Arizona, and it has recently rained here, finally! I have some good morning tips for fitness: In the morning time I tend to skip out on carbohydrates, and I stick with protein, such as eggs. The reason I stick to protein in the morning is because your liver is depleted of glycogen- meaning your body has no choice but to use "Fat" as an energy source. That is a good way to drop body weight and fat if you were curious at all about how to do so in the morning. The same goes when you are done working out, and I would recommend eating carbs about 90 after your workout.

Hey Albert,
I am currently training for an obstacle run and after a workout of mostly weight lifting I eat about 40 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs. Now on the days when I am running or doing body weight exercises I eat more carbs than protein that morning. I usually eat about an hour after I work out.
Hello,
Okay, so you are eating around 260 calories after you are done weightlifting, and you eat more carbs when you are doing both running and weightlifting? If so that make sense due to the intensity of your workout. The previous post is mainly about trying to burn fat, and not muscle or stopping the process of burning fat.
