Hi All you WAers,

I hope you are all keeping well and safe.

I have not been so busy on WA recently, but have kept in touch with the platform from time to time, while I built up another side to my online business.

The reason is that I changed my emphasis of my business away from online marketing to focus on what I have the most experience of.

During this year I wrote a book about my project experience which is almost finished and about to be published.

The book includes the above image which is of a lock into a yacht basin at a very successful property development I was involved in some years ago in London.

I also prepared some training about what i know best, project management and property development, and prepared a webinar as an introduction to that training, which went live last week.

I also have another blog which is about property development and project management, which I have been building up, and linking to my LinkedIn profile.

My work changed in March when i could not return to the Balkans country in which i had been working for four months on a large railway project because the government there closed the country´s borders as a result of the Covid pandemic. I eventually got back there to retrieve my things in July but the project was stopped by that time.

So my business in future will be centred on the UK rather than Europe, but i hope there will be opportunities for travel when things are normalized hopefully in 2021.

So i am optimistic that despite all the difficulties that so many people have encountered in 2020, that I will be in good shape for a new business profile in 2021.

I am certainly glad that I found WA in mid 2017, and started developing my knowledge about how online businesses work, and it has certainly been a massive journey. I have learned so much initially from WA and then from other sources.
