There is something in WA that newbies don't understand!

Recently I was analyzing user's behaviour after they join WA Platform, talking about new signups. They put email adress and create their WA profile but most of them don't even bother to put their profile picture, or writing a bio or creating money goals.
A typical browsing attitude!!
They don't care about member's welcome messages on their profile, 7-days of starter membership swiftly passes like a wind. They don't realize there is a lot to learn in FREE trial. They are always busy looking for some shiny objects.
I was thinking, whether WA is too complex for a newbie to understand?
Because, when I joined WA, I was so confident and I declared that "MY SEARCH ENDS HERE!!" And, as I am growing older in this platform, the more I am learning ABOUT this platform. Each cell of my being is confident about way of WA now :)
BTW, have you noticed this attitude in your referral newbies?
So, what is the difference between us (premium members) and them (starter members, or signed up members). I mean, of course if they have provided their mail ID, it means they are interested in learning Affiliate Marketing, then what's the matter of ignoring what's inside WA?
I brainstormed couple of reasons for this and some are valid reasons as well. And, I want to give a small message to newbies (Please add your experience in my list)
Important Pointers for newbies at WA:
1. This platform started in 2005, now it's over 15 years in the service for Affiliate Marketers. So, it is the most reliable platform and there are a lot of stuffs to know about within this platform. Spend time to learn WA, know its rules to succeed!
2. Clarify what you actually want to achieve? What are your Affilliate Marketing goals? What do you need? When I joined, I was sure that I want many websites, Affiliate training, Affiliate product to promote and community support. After joining WA I came to know a lot more benefits apart from my requirements. We just need to keep positive attitude while approaching our target.
3. This platform is FULL of amazing technology. Each blog post, training, discussion, webinars have Affiliate links. You cannot find this much of Affiliate rich program anywhere in the internet. That too at this price tag!!
4. The more you explore this platform, the more you will grow. If you are my referral, I'll take FULL resposibility to help you in your Affiliate Marketing journey ahead. WA is my Alma-Mater and it makes me feel awesome and I grow in learning here continuously.
5. Even if you have your own website and you are continuously writing content in it. Still WA will help you grow, your hard-work will be rewarded here. You can set and scale your goals with much more clarity when you are a WA Member, as compared to when you are creating content in vaccuum, by doing it everything all yourself.
I know this is difficult to understand. But, let's spend time to grasp the benefits of this platform, before moving on to others.
These insights are very important, if you really want to run ANY Internet Marketing business.

Great points, Akshay. Good for newbies to know what WA is about and also what entrepreneurship is about. It is not about free or magic wand earnings. It is a business platform. Just like one would raise capital and open a coffee business in a mall. This platform is similar to a “mall” for online business.

Within a day of joining as a free starter, I was committed.
I fully understood that I had seven days to glean as much as I could from the platform.
For me it was the 'challenge' of going against the clock, How much could I do and learn in the 'free week'
I also wasn't phased by having to write but that's not the case for everyone. For many, that's a daunting prospect and maybe one they didn't realise was a large part of this program when they signed up.
Putting your email in and hitting enter is the easy part and depending on where they've come from, they might just be seeing this:
"Earn up to a $1000 a day, start your free trial today"
Once they're in and realise that they're going to have to work hard to achieve that and it's not guaranteed, then quite often they lose interest and move on.

I think they expect everything for free. So when they notice that they need to pay monthly, they disappear!
They don't want to learn and work too hard to find short cuts😊

It still amazes me the number of new starters that jump in to Live Chat within minutes of joining, asking “what is this” and “how do I get started”, oh and also “how do I make money”.
Everyone’s response is to Start Level 1 Lesson 1 of the OEC Training.
In there, it tells you about your Profile Image, Description and Goals :-)
Yes, it happens most of the time in chat.
Some premium members also possess newbie attitude, and they ask: "How to cancel WA subscription?"
I mean, it's terrible!!
There's something in this platform, that we need to understand by ourselves. After becoming a premium member I burned all the bridges behind. So only, I'm able to learn and enjoy promoting this platform. And, will continue to do so!!
But there's some complexity that needs to be sorted out for new sign ups!
I have a reply already written out for "How to cancel WA subscription?" now that I just paste in when I see it. If they want to leave, that's ok with me, it's obviously not for them :-)

Hi Akshay, when that shiny object is not found within the first few days I see people losing interest.
This is a great educational program. It takes time to find that shiny object.
