Sharing my KEY learning on SEO!
SEO is a vast topic and requires a lot of learning. Today, I have spent long hours to learn about SEO from various different trusted sources.
My No.1 key learning is the image below.
Google algorithm for ranking our website typically based on these criteria.
As we can see Internal + External Linking and fresh content on our website amounts to more than 50% benefits on our website rankings.
Also, I have learned that creating random content doesn't serve any purpose. Content has to be of High quality and must be Keyword rich.
And, we should NOT take content from other websites and modify them according to our taste. Content has to be original.

This particular visual is shared to me by my local mentor in his ppt.
But, I'm also creating some infomercial images for posts on my website.
This makes me feel even better about not putting too much time into social media. I focus on organic traffic, content and keywords as well as the SEO basics we are taught here.
Exactly, working on our website is already a Full-Time job. And, if we start focusing on different social media channels, it takes a whole a lot of efforts.
I've decided to touch a number of at least 100 Google indexed post, once they all start making sense to me. Then I'll categorize to share them on social media.
After around 8 hours of learning SEO today, I found it wonderful and interesting stuff to practice. It's an exciting concept.
