I had terrible issues with WA, few moments back. Then this happened.

Hello everyone,

I had 2 issues with WA and I was so disappointed to have such a bad experience with one of my most trustworthy platforms (WA).

Below were my 2 issues:

1. CASH CREDITS

I cashed out 21 Cash credits on 6th November, 2020, but never received in my Paypal until today. Since this was a small amount and I was also busy with other stuff, so I didn't care much about it. I escalated the issue to Carson, and then forgot about it. But I was surprised to see that my issue is still not resolved!! Though it was a small matter, but it needs to get resolved.

Before writing further about 1st issue, let me write 2nd issue.

2. COMMUNITY CREDITS

It is a heads up to you ALL!! My WA account got hacked by someone (a starter member) [Username: amin131313] on 6th January and he had withdrawn ALL my community credits. 269 in total. It took me months to collect those, during my early days while I was super active in WA. In a single shot, everything is GONE!

A bit surprised with both of these issues, I approached Kyle.

And, within 24 hours he resolved both of my issues.

YES, I GOT BACK MY 21 CASH CREDITS.

ALSO, I GOT BACK MY 269 COMMUNITY CREDITS.

Feeling so happy now.

Cash Credits and Community Credits are the unique features that I like most about WA, and I boast about them to my referrals and prospects.

A Request:

I have changed my WA Password after experiencing hacking activity within WA.

You also please take special care of your WA account, especially if you have a lot of cash and community credits with you.

There are some hackers looking after stealing our accumulated Cash/Community credits. Since I didn't have any cash credit on that particular day so hacker ended up stealing Community credits.

But finally, Kyle has sorted out ALL my issues.

Feeling so happy and grateful to WA, again.

I really was not expecting any resolution at least for another month. Be Kyle resolved it in 24 hours, that was the moment of happiness, forgetting all the weird stuff that happened. :)

Good afternoon my dear friend, this is terrible news, I've been a part of wealthy affiliate since 2018 April and I have never heard of a such a thing, thank you for the heads up. I am surprised, upset, and can't believe that someone in our community would do such a thing, once again thank you for the heads up.

That's right Earl. Not sure how it happened, probably due to a platform update or whatever.
But it makes me more careful now, even adding my credit card to the WA platform, is a bit doubtful now.

It's great that you got everything sorted, but scary that it happened in the first place.

It's a terrible thing that happened, Akshay, but it is so GREAT that Kyle came to the rescue!

True. At first, I was about to go mad at WA and Kyle. But patiently I approached Kyle for the resolution and he restored all my credits within 24 hours.
That was the happy moment :)

Thanks for sharing. I am glad you asked Kyle to help you. Yeah we got these hackers (scammers) come though on this platform. It is sickening. I am glad its now fully restored and problem solved. I learned that no matter what you do, these worms still manage to wiggle through. I am not sure its a hacker, it could be a bot. A few years ago we had some issues with bots on this platform. I had an awful experience with dating scammers. I hope this doesn't happen again.

I had no hope that the issue will be resolved so quickly. Kyle made it happen.
Hopefully, it won't happen again with any WA premium member.
