How connected are you with your blog?
Today I was checking my old posts which I wrote almost a year back. Most of them require a lot of formatting and updating of content.
Some posts doesn't make much sense now, after a year of experience.
Whole point is that I have been focused on my current posts and ignoring older ones. After I did correction in each and every old post, I feel myself more connected to my blog.
I revamped many posts including About page, now I also got some more ideas to write further content.
Have you experienced the same?
Generally, we start creating content when we do not know much about blogging and we write many posts during our initial learning phase.
I believe that we should align with each of our post, it builds up deeper connection with our blog and only then blog could serve our audience better. Maintaining our blog gives similar feeling as if we are growing up our little child.
What are your thoughts on that?

We also get better with experience. However, refreshing content can equal wresting new content from an effort perspective sometimes, esp for those who are fussy about quality.
Interesting concept, Akshay. I have thought about going back through my older blogs, and rereading them, particularly the about me page. I definitely want to make sure I'm still growing, and also if my writing has improved any over time as well. Updating them certainly doesn't hurt.
Thanks for the post!

I agree Akshay.
I recently updated all my posts, mainly for SEO but I found with older posts I was rewriting parts and many needed internal links too. It does give a greater connection.

Yes, our experience after a year of work allows us to improve and reconnect to part of our work that we started with a lot of doubts and hesitation, at the beginning. Now that the doubts of the beginning have passed, we can without much problem update articles that no longer really resemble us.
