Can I replace an existing "About Me" post with a completely new "About Me" post?

If you don't want to change the heading, then it's simply a case of editing the content by opening the post in your admin area.

As Craig says you can update a page at any time. You should edit pages as you learn more. However, don't change too many titles . If you do change the titles then change the permalink as well The old permalink leaves a footprint that shows a page not found

Yes, as Labman said, you can replace any page at any time. This applies to posts as well.

You can edit them, modify them, delete and completely replace them.

Deleting them is not a good idea if they are live and indexed in Google already though. Neither is renaming them.

If you delete or rename them once they are indexed, it can lead to 404 page not found errors.

Hope this helps,
RL
