Instant Earnings in 7 Days
So... this time last week I saw an advert for a new product launch for a kids toy due to release on the 24th Sept, I did some research and decided to buy a domain and implement my techniques I've been working on for the last 4 months.
I was pretty sure I had a great formula but still had to prove it by first getting 1st page Google positions and generate affiliate earnings.
My system allows me to build a site, load up some plugins and follow my 'formula' to get a site running in 24 hours.. So i proceeded to grind away and get the site live and try to get indexed quick for the first few Keywords I chose to target.
Well, I got indexed in just a few hours, buy day 3 I was ranked #1 in Google for a couple of my target keywords.. Result I'd say!
So far to date.. 6 Days (Not including today, report available tomorrow) I've generated sales to the value of £772 with an average commission of 6% giving me a profit of around £46 plus £2.78 in Google Adsense earnings.
I'm pretty chuffed with the result and hope it only improves.. Time will tell, This time next week I will post an update and share a few tips and the site with you all!
Keep working hard and stay positive. Remember the hardest part of working online is generating your 1st 'order' Do it once and you know you can do it again!

To answer your question, I have been building sites for over 10 years now and back 10 years ago I quit my day job started importing product from China and ran an online store for 5 years. I learned most of my SEO and building then but have dabbled in research and the odd build from time to time. Then out of the blue I got commissioned to build a site for a business friend of mine 4 months back, he offered me £1300 to build him a top end site he could update and manage, how could i say no?? I came across all these new website frameworks that take 6 month of site development, i can turn out pretty good sites in days not months which means more $$$ (I used to hand code dynamic sites) and It got my tiny mind ticking again.. that's where the new chapter begins.
I joined WA to get a glimpse of what else I may have missed, what others are upto, hone areas of my skills I may be lacking, get peoples opinions and of course add some value to others that I could possible help.. I'm still in full research and development mode right now.
Keeping notes and creating a checklist of how to put together a review site is something we all should be working on.
As a grandparent I always try to research things that I purchase for the grand kids birthdays and the best review usually gets me to buy.

I will start to share as I improve the formula. I might write a proper ebook and charge a small fee for it. No black hat techniques, utilises standard practice but with a few added twists etc.
Hard work, focus and get yourself a strategy on paper so you can replicate it time and time again.

I went to the one site i could spot on your profile page, the one about furbies. btw,t I do have a soft spot in my heart for furbies since in 1998 my teen daughter thought these would sell great at Christmas so she went around buying them up everywhere in September , and resold them in December for a nice profit when nobody could find them in the stores. . Meanwhile our home was filled with absolutely incessant furbie-talk from all these little scooting robots.
I realize your furbie site is an information-only one, you aren't monetizing it in any way. and I don't know if you want feedback on it, but you're here at WA so I'll guess yes. On your About Us page, there's no mention at all of who owns the site. Might it be wise to include that ? likewise on Contact Us page, there's a form people can fill out and presumably email, but no mention of where or to whom their message will go. Do you have an interest in using this site to introduce people to you, how you developed a soft spot for furbies---and maybe link to some of your other sites? There's just no mention at all of you.

It is a very nice site and it actually is monetized with several affiliate programs in a price comparison format as well as a couple other programs.
I don't find it that unusual to not personally identify yourself on every website you create. Most people looking for information online are not going to go poking around to find out who created the site, they simply want the information they are looking to find.
If I am creating a site that is selling "me" as a brand then I certainly would do that.
There are some sites where I will tell a personal story that relates to whatever I am marketing but, there are some things I market that I think would simply sell well.
There is a chance that he has no soft spot for furbies and just recognized a good niche market and keywords to target.
I market many products that I have no personal connection or story to tell. In these cases it is better to present the information you think searchers are looking to find and leave any personal information out of the mix.
