My first month or so at Wealthy Affiliate
I have been a member here at Wealthy Affiliate for over a month now and I must say that I'm really happy with my experience so far. My personal life has been pretty crazy the past couple of months, so I didn't really get a chance to focus on the certification courses until just a couple weeks ago. To be honest, I didn't really know what to expect when I first joined so I was hesitant on going premium. Boy am I glad I did.
Building a website in my chosen niche is something I've wanted to do for a long time now. In 2009 I actually bought a domain and built a wordpress site. The problem was that I didn't know what to do. I got lazy and ditched the whole idea. I wish I hadn't given up because now the competition in my niche has grown tremendously. But in a way, it's good that I did because now I found Wealthy Affiliate and the guidance I will get from this community will help me be more successful than I ever could have been on my own.
My niche is electronic cigarettes and the website I created is vapormotives.com. My goal with the website is to help new vapers get started and inform everyone about new products. In the upcoming 3 months I hope to fill my website with as much content as I can and gain some traffic. In the upcoming 6 months I hope to attend some vaper events and possibly add video footage with interviews on my website.
Really looking forward to meeting new people and learning more from this community. Together I know we will all be successful. =)
