Roughly how long (on average, obviously this will vary widely from person to person) until income from a site reaches $1000? How many hours roughly would it take?

What is your niche?
Are you a fast learner?
How much time do you spend working on your site?
If you follow the training over time sales will come, concentrate on writing quality content, not the money.

Hi - if you cancel your membership here, your hosting will cease. You won't be able to access your site and it won't be live on the internet. You would need to move your domain to another hosting provider before you cancel.
Having possibility to continue hosting of your web sites on siterubix, even if you are not premium member would be great option.
As long as you keep paying for your membership you should be fine. If you are going to be away for a while, make sure your domain is on auto-renew.

Yes, you can. I think Payoneer will allow you to get your payments done. However, you need to meet the legal requirements if any.
Hi - most programs accept international affiliates, but in this case, I doubt it will to be honest. If the program specifically states country availability as GB, then it would appear to have a geographic restriction. This could be due to legal or tax reasons.
