i have a question the web site Domain which i get will be 100 %
my property and in future if i want to change the server can i do it
It's a part of WA but if you want you can both transfer your domain and website to any other place. It's your property.

No, $19 is the first month only. All other months will cost you $49 per month. Or you can choose yearly plan like I do it and pay $350 per year (one time payment). In this case each month will cost you $29. That is a huge discount. I pay on Black Friday in November and pay only $300 per year.
