Thanks for all the responses I'm getting. I appreciate the help. However the instructions may be a little outdated maybe? I think godaddy did a few upgrades. Don't see the launch option at all.
You are right, sorry it has been updated! The "launch" option is now "manage." This is an updated tutorial that will help: GoDaddy Domain Pointing Steps

Once you install the chosen theme you will need to activate the theme before it will appear. After activating you set up your settings then save and publish and wahlah your new theme appears. :)
