You must need some kind of tools to fix these things? So for example you can make money from the tools needed. You can affiliate for any company who provide the tools you'd need.
Try typing into google search bar: ''air conditioning + affliliate
and you'll probably find a ton of programs.
Anyway, you're the one who knows how to fix these things, so you'll know what is needed : )
