i believe i got it!
when i was clicking on the build link button in Amazon it always seemed to lose the 'Http//:amazon' part of the link -seems kinda weird but that what i seen
so, i tried just clicking the 'link' button from the initial advertisement page and copied that into the link spot on my page and now it works!.

I'm not sure how your theme sets up the mobile menu, but have you put together a separate menu and defined it to be mobile?
Ok, so that got me digging in a little further and i missed the spot where i should have designated the main menu as a mobile menu. my bad!
it now works great when i hold my tablet in portrait position, but not so great in landscape.
i will try a completely separate menu and make it for the mobile useage.

You can accept or decline data tracking, it's a favour to the developer and as you're getting the product for free it's not much for them to ask.
If your theme requires Kirki to operate then you will need to install it.
