The Legendary "Fergie Time" Rules Of Success
The Legendary "Fergie Time" Rules Of Success
Happened to be during the football World Cup in Mexico 1986 when unfashionable Argentina dubbed among the worst squad ever for World Cup finals, won the trophy by almost single-handedly by Diego Armando Maradona. Four years later, Maradona carried also almost single-handedly and identical team squad to another Final in 1990. Around the time at the very "kiddo" age, football become my favorite.
Well, among the first few blogs in the early days at WA when I was talking how my late mother will take home all old newspapers in bundles home. Around that time, big factories big boss mostly the Americans or from Britain. But I love pages that have many footballs' inside. Somewhere of 1986 and 1987, I started looking for a football club to follow.
*This Is My Valuable Personal Collection of Sir Alex Ferguson Autobiography Signed By The Great Man Himself When I Was Working As An Airport Staff Back In 2001.

(The Taken Photo With Him Is Misplaced)
They were the runners-up to West Germany, thanks to a penalty kick by Andres Brehme. We revert back to the previous four years. The Tartan Army of Scottish National Team, dubbed as the best ever assembled in generations of their history but all the hype saw them sent home packing earlier. Before the tournament begins, the shocked death of their team manager, the Great Jock Stein, leave his assistant no choice but to lead the squad in Mexico.
His name, Alex Ferguson or now known as Sir Alexander Chapman Ferguson! The man famous with "Fergie Time" that has seen all generations of his teams for 26 years at the helm were late goals winning grabbers.
TO THIS DAY, ALL OF THE FORMER PLAYERS UNDER HIM PLUS FEW OTHERS, STILL CALLING HIM BOSS OR "THE GAFFER". THAT THE GODFATHER HE REALLY IS. RECENT STORY HE TOLD ONE OF THEM TO START TO CALL HIM ALEX BUT THOSE BUNCHES CAN'T REALLY ACCEPT THAT TO THEIR HEADS.
And his rage to the players, very in front f their faces. It is called, "Fergie Hairdryer" coined by Mark Hughes, his player.
But make no mistake, most people in awe how he kept on winnings while turned the club as "a family club" right to the tea lady during his illustrious career.
When the going gets tough, it is a "squeaky-bum-time". The phrase also being discussed by the intellects. And since the first day he was at the office at Manchester United curb the alcoholics cultures around it was also where my undivided love and support towards Manchester United began!
This is the videos I pick where he being interviewed on 3 different occasions after retirement.

Happened to be I am following this great man everybody in football called him "the gaffer" since I was 7 years old, my friend.
His 26 years at Manchester United also years when football and Manchester United has given me lots of happiness and affections with great motivational life learning and lesson. I understand football in general and my own method through "the gaffer".
I managed to meet him personally in 2001 while working at my home country International Airport while getting his personal signature on my personal collection of his official autobiography titled "Managing My Life".
Thanks :)
