It's a good planner. I used it for years but switched to Todoist a while ago, mainly because of better subtask functionality.
But excited to see what becomes of Wunderlist now that they are bought by Microsoft.
From your experience, sir is this tool evolving from the last time you use it?
Todoist is your preference now? I would love to check on that tool too, thanks :)
It has evolved some. But some changes and improvements were easier to get done before the negotiations with Microsoft started. I was engaged through the Wunderlist user forum and there was a good dialogue with the WL team early on. I am not sure what plans Microsoft have with WL
I changed to Todoist mainly because of the functionality of subcategories and some issues with calendar sync.
I use paid version of Todoist but the free version is ok as well. I have used it for a year and a half and can not live without it.
I have tested 40-50 planning apps over the past 6 years and that ended up with always going back to Wunderlist. I even tested Todoist and went back to WL, but then I needed more flexibility around the subcategories.
Now that I have a chance to elaborate...
Yes it is amazing. I put all of my content ideas into it. Grocery lists, and even use it at my 9-5 so I don't forget anything important. Very versatile. Web integrates with app very well across all devices. Almost instant updates. AMAZING tool for whatever you're doing.
