#Thoughtful Tuesday - James Altucher Reflections
Below is a brief post by the uber influential James Altucher who echoes what I have been saying in the majority of my recent posts here:

"Society, parents, teachers, media teach us the scripts that control us in the US. True success comes from being a skeptic and finding OPPORTUNITY hidden in the layers of your skepticism.
The US has so much abundance. And yet so many people are unhappy. In part, because of the problems caused by these "commandments" of society we take for granted.
The first step is awareness. Finding the skepticism that reveals huge gaps for opportunity and entrepreneurship."
Why are those thoughts and self-evident truths so hard for many to understand and to act upon accordingly?
I understand if it was just me saying it but when James Altucher says it, is it still irrelevant?

I was delighted to discover that you know who James Altucher is.
He has learned from the school of Hard Knocks and has and continues to help others find and take advantage of opportunities that abound around us.
He sent me his book, The Side Hustle, for free and I am reading that right now. In it he mentions Affiliate Marketing as one of the opportunities available as a side business
James also publishes his Altucher Report that I subscribe to. He is someone worth listening to.

There is still a huge population of people that are too scared to live outside the box, and they call us skeptics. A few more generations will leave the earth and then there will be a huge population of skeptics (those that found the way forward in life a lot sooner) and a very little population of those living in their boxes.
It is amazing how so many people avoid change in their lives, in that they avoid the opportunity to grow and extend the power of their mind, they are happy with the status quo, they are happy to have the stress and work demands in their lives.
I think it is because people have lost faith in each other, and lost faith in themselves. They don't believe they are worth more than they are currently getting in life, they don't have faith in themselves.
If you have no belief in yourself, how are you going to even look for opportunity?

The dismantling of faith in God and in God's given personal talents were part of the plan all along.
In that resulting void they moved in with their Orwellian plans in some part they tell people that havign own home is an abuse of resources and that they are best fit in communities where communal living is encouraged, no personal cars and sharing even common pets.
Until one day when those asleep finally awaken and start looking for their pitchforks.
We can help awaken more and more and prevent further damage to so called society.

Their will always be sceptical people in all areas of business. And don't dare do something different than normal. Like ive heard sales people say some will sone want so what. You have to do what works for you if others don't understand, it just doesn't matter.
Yes we are all in a type of Matrix a Matrix of middle class values. Not totally money but a conservative POV. Go to a "good school" ,get good grades, get a job and then work at that job until one is really to retire.
The members of WA and others have or will escape the Matrix. The Truth is out there to be found and I am on as course of spiritual discover were the Truth is being found for myself
As I learn who and what I am the seeming barriers that have prevented me from going after what I want are being avoided
Now that I am starting to find out who and what I am that all elusive WHY is in turn revealed. With the WHY in mind the destination is apparent.
The data here at WA will give me the financial wherewithal to totally break out from the Matrix and live ,love and give how I want using my own sense of ethics to create the highest level of survival for myself, my family,my groups and humanity. And until one can do that knowingly, and that's very important, one is still trapped.
There is more to say on this very important topic but I will save that for another day. Perhaps I will write a Blog on the subject but until then back to WA training.

Oh BTW the 666 is my way of thumbing my nose the the "Beast"
He's not out there he is inside of us preventing us from finding who we really are. It is not an actual entity but our mind that in the quest to protect us from harm will misread new and possibly pro survival experiences as harmful causing us to stop.
The System was never broken, it was built this way.

True unadulterated 100% Canuck story here.
While visiting Canada for business with a bunch of Japanese colleagues, we had breakfast at some whatever hotel in Montreal I think it was (I recall college kids with McGill College jackets around).
As she took our order, the waitress asked me what I wanted and I replied, something like eggs and Canadian bacon (no maple syrup, please).
When she came back my order was fine but for the Canadian bacon [what we call Canadian bacon here being the smoked or boiled pork tenderloin] and I got just plain bacon.
Sooo, asking for Canadian bacon, at least in Montreal gets you regular bacon. You are of course in Canada, but hey when in Rome...

Good point, although after a few bottles of Labatt, Molson Golden and watching the MacKenzie brothers, John Candy's "Canadian Bacon" movie or Don Cherry's videos the frozen tundra will look better than tropical Florida [minus the palm trees and with lots of minus temps too].
I like dbest when I took my family to St Anne de Baupre north of Quebec City.

PS: Does moose bacon comes with french fries?
