If a publisher breaches this paragraph, ZODIAC WATCHES maintains the right to immediately terminate the publisher’s participation in the ZODIAC WATCHES Affiliate Program and pursue all other remedies available against the publisher under contract and law. ZODIAC WATCHES publishers running paid search programs are NOT permitted to bid on brand terms, and may not use "ZODIAC WATCHES" or any other ZODIAC WATCHES trademarks in the headline, copy, or display URL of the ad. Exceptions to this exclusion will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
