Everything on the Mankind site is in Euros. Won't this turn off any US customers? Have you used their Affiliate program?

Actually I just saw that Mankind has closed their US program. However, it is easy for consumers to change the currency; in the upper right corner you can just click on the british flag and it will give you the option to change currencies.
