It depends on theme what you're using. For some themes have 'toggle' function, and this is what you need to use. If your theme doesn't have a toggle function, you can try to use some plugins i.e. this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/toggles-shortcode-and-widget/, but I never used it, usually on my themes already have this option. But you can try ;)
