You sure do! You can access it under site manager and create an email. You do have to have a domain first.

Yes you should have an email address.
If you click on your little profile pic (top right of your screen)
Click on Account Settings and you should see the email address WA has for you.

If you click on the airplane icon (top of Screen) you should see any links you have (you can actually create custom ones)

On that same page you click on Banners and that takes you to a page with WA banners you can put on your site.
Your Affiliate Link is already embedded within the codes for the banners.
