Google and your 404 Page
Recently, I read an article concerning how Google looks at 404 pages. A page that is the usual "OOPS! we can not find that page." is not "user friendly" according Google's recent page rating guide. You should consider creating a custom 404 page to help Google potentially give your site a better ranking.
Loes has an excellant training on how to create a custom 404 page. It is easy to do and may help your site in the rankings. Regards, Alex
