Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics will not show up within your WordPress Admin area. All of your stats etc are within your actual WMT and Analytics accounts, so you need to log into those sites.

Hey, Carson!
That's what I've been doing. I just thought I missed a step and they were supposed to come up in WP too. Not sure why I thought that. I'll just keep doing what I was doing then.
Thanks for the quick response!

Street Articles will not allow me to even submit my article. I followed all the rules to a tee, but I have received two errors thus far:
- Link Limit Exceeded - Articl
And no, 616 words will not allow you 3 links. You have to have 400 words to get 2, and then it goes up to 800 I believe for the 3rd one. That's what my experience has been however.
You're right. I must have misread somewhere. It didn't give me three, which is okay. I'm perfectly fine with two. I was just concerned with the issues I was having and thought that was one of them too. I wasn't sure if I had messed something up somewhere or something. lol

Well...I don't mean the EXACT same content because that would be bad, but I can only come up with so much information to write about. Fortunately, I have many ideas and topics
Yeah, you can also maybe expand on the topic more on your site. However giving them enough on the article to make it appealing.
Here is what I did, I did it this way because the 30 articles in 30 days challenge came up right after I joined and I wanted to complete that. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it this way but it did work out really well.
So I wrote a lot of Street Articles and have them pointing to my site. Now I am going back and beefing up my site to include more and different information and training. I then am going to go and research more keywords for the training on my site, and write articles about them pointing back to my site. So to simplify,
Wrote training on my site
Going to research other keywords for that type of training
Write article on new keywords that are related to the training on my site.
I was wondering the same thing. I am glad that these little uncertainties are addressed through this medium so that not too much time is wasted in not knowing what to do.
I wouldn't focus too heavily on article directories apart from an initial few articles to get your site *noticed* by search engines. You also want it the other way around, people find the article on say Street Articles and click through to your site. For example, you might write an article on "orchids" for SA and have a natural link such as "prune orchids" in the text which links to a post on your site all about the best way to prune orchids and another natural text link in the same article "watering orchids" which links to a different post on your site about the care of orchids, etc. Rich.
Sounds good. I think I was focusing too heavily on the quantity of articles. I didn't realize it could just be a few. Your example also made the writing purpose more clear. I was being too specific with my article topics. Thanks again, Rich!
I've only been here just over a year but the training evolves continuously and is markedly different today than it was just twelve months ago. It's true back then that there was an emphasis about creating high quality backlinks to your site from articles you controlled on article directories that had authority and ranked quickly, but the technique has been devalued with recent search engine algorithm updates. Now it's much more about creating quality, compelling and engaging content on your own site that stands an equal chance of ranking these days as an *authority* article directory. That said, you should have the technique "under your belt" and it does help a new site get noticed if you have a few articles on SA, Ezine, Hubpages, etc. pointing to some of your posts. Rich.
