Sometime a tag doesn't work, you need hit two tags.

So far not had this problem, just add tags, save and publish and it has worked up to now.

Choose two tags, then save the blog and exit, come back in and try to publish again - this happens to me frequently, so I always add tags and save before attempting to publish.

Yes, it takes time and patience to get proper traffic... I am still struggling, but I hope eventually it will happen

It takes quite a lot of traffic to get organic comments. Most people do not leave comments, so it is not necessarily because your content is not encouraging, but just because your site is not that old and does not have much organic traffic yet.

For most people it takes many months before they start getting organic comments (myself included).

A way to get it started is to use the comment tool here at WA. People tend to be more willing to leave a comment when there already a re other comments.
