My Tread Mill Spoke

You might be wondering how it is possible that tread mill speaks right? Ofcourse there are things which speak to us in many ways. My Tread Mill spoke in a different way.

Lesson From 50 Cal Loss

I am diabetic and I have hypertension too. To tame these dreadful enemies I do some physical exercise. I do a lot of walking at my work place if not necessary also. In the morning I use tread mill for my walking.

Today morning after getting up I started on my tread mill. I set up my speed at 4KM/hr. As I walked .10 I looked at the calories that was burning. I have problem with my knees so I can't run that fast. Time ticked away 2 minutes then 3 then 4 likewise. The amount of calories burned increased. It took 22 minutes to me to burn 50 calories.

I Had The Answer

A few days ago I had a question,"Why I am not getting enough likes and comments and feedback for my posts?" I had different answers from the community folks. As it took me 22 minutes to burn 50 calories likewise it will take time to receive comments and everything. I felt was kind of impatient but today I convinced myself that I should wait.

Be Patient

Like me if you are kicked by the same questions regarding comments, feedback, traffic, sales, ranks let's run the race with patience. Time will fix things. But also don't quit what you got to do.

All the best, God Bless

Since getting into this new adventure and learning I know it does take patience. I read this quote:

“Patience is waiting. Not passively waiting. That is laziness. But to keep going when the going is hard and slow – that is patience.” ~ Unknown

There are things that slow me down at times when I thought I was moving fast - then discovered I moved slower at some points where I just needed to show patience.

Thank you, Bob, for your time.

Patience is virtue, and something we all have to learn.

Exactly! And often times we forget about it which we should not. Thank you for the comment.

Good Post. It is a reminder that our answers may not come as quickly as we would like but as you said be patient. Good point for all of us to remember.

Thank you, Mr. Jerry for the comment.

Patience and dedication - these 2 things are very important.

Thankyou very much.

Thank you.

Patience is so difficult because it is not active. Too often, we want something we can DO to speed things up!

Sheila
