Click your profile picture, then click "Account Settings" from the menu that appears. Scroll down that page & you'll find the section where you can manage your subscription settings.
Do we have access to our Cpanel? and/or ourSQL?

You may also be able to request activation of some features from Site Support. They can enable CRON jobs, for example, to enable automatic backups.

We don't have cPanel at WA.
There is Site Manager, Site Builder, Site Domains and Site Content instead

Its found in Site Content. While composing your post/page, click on the mountain looking icon to insert an image then type a word or phrase in the search field. You’ll be presented with images to select from.
