I think I see a serious issue with regards to one of the community members-Dorcas in her Jaaxy account being billed but has never accessed Jaaxy. I think WA has overlooked her
Hey Jimmy,
This doesn't belong on the forum as members here have no means of helping you with this issue. This is an issue that needs to be taken directly to Kyle: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/message/kyle
Please have Dorcas (or you if Dorcas is only a Starter member) click on Billing & Membership and provide full details to Kyle as he can assist her.
Hope you find this helpful.
I brought this to SiteSupport but it came out here. I won't wonder why until this time nobody responded from SiteSupport.
You made a in one of the questions when filling in the SiteSupport ticket to share this in a classroom instead.

Have you tried your site to be assessed by some Sites like SitePrice.org or others? Are these evaluation dependable?
I have not tried them, but they seem to be ok. Going to look into their services. Thank you.
I looked at one of those automated services and discovered that they valued a website at half a million which sold less than 2 years ago for $900,000,000 (nine hundred million).
I don't think you can trust any of them.
That's a great discrepancy. So where can we let our website assessed if ever we wanted to sell it?
I get occasional emails from Flippa and it looks like the formula:
Annual Profit X 2
Is something like the worth of a website. But please don't quote me on that :)
I just checked $683, old cache report, I can see that for my site description, I changed that ages ago, it only fetches my http://www version, not the https
I don't know if it's accurate

Why is it that when I'm typing answering messages on my profile or generally on WA dashboard it hangs or responds very slow?
Why you have to wait for seconds before you
Hey Jimmy,
Having suffered the same issue myself, I can safely say that is your internet provider that is the cause of this issue. If you are using a WiFi connection try using a directly connected computer. The only fix I've been able to discover is updating to a much better (more expensive) router.
Hope this helps you.
I don't think it's in the internet provider Trish. It is only in WA dashboard which is abnormal. When I go to Google and others it's good.
I think WA has to fix something in its hosting.

Why I can't insert code into the Theme Header? This is what it says after a long waiting.

You don't need to mess up the theme code. Follow Anita's suggestion below should solve the issue.
:)

If you have All-in-One SEO, you do not need to edit the code. If you scroll all the way down in your dashboard, there is a place near the bottom to insert the ID number Google gives you. That's how Jay and Kyle teach it and it is so much simpler than editing code.
Anita
Did you install any plugins recently? Sometimes you need to disable a plugin one at a time to troubleshoot this problem. Start with the most recent plugin and work backward.
You can install and run the health check plugin and look for errors.
Usually, it's a plugin conflict.
David
Are you editing directly in the original php files or using a child theme?
What type of code are you trying to add?
Thank you for responding. I'm directly editing it on the php files as I usually do to my other sites.
I was inserting the Analytics code.
There is no need to edit in the php files to insert that code. You can do it through AiO SEO or possibly your theme have a possibility to add code to <head> in theme admin.
If you edit in php files without child theme the changes will be overwritten when the theme is updated.

Thanks, Diane. That's what I was thinking but it went to the other room. LOL
