What Should be Considered Embarrassing?
To whom one thing is considered embarrassing? Is it offensive against anyone, to yourself or just what they think and impose it to somebody as a law that infringes any one's right?
Facebook is being threatened to be sued because of 131 images of King Maha Vajiralongkorn, 64, strolling around a shopping centre with a woman was reportedly filmed in Munich in July 2016, and was widely shared on the social network.
Thai authorities are demanding that Facebook remove embarrassing footage of their king in a shopping centre, wearing a crop top and sporting fake tattoos, in a test of the country’s strict censorship laws.
Who's fault is this?
Do you think this is a fault of Facebook? When is the time that it became a fault? If the king displayed himself in that way to his own people and nobody is taken responsible and accountable or it may not be even considered a fault, how come that Facebook is now answerable to Thai government when their king intentionaly did it publicly and no one was aggraved.
Why Embarrasing?
Who says the situation is embarrassing? When the king did it, did he think it is an embarrassing? I don't think so. If he did it purposely to gain popularity Facebook must be given applause for making him popular in that way.
If it was not what he thought but it was just a part of his normal decency in life why would anyone who shares this images be held accountable, the fact that he did it in public.

I think, if Facebook is accused and is threatened to be sued, the king is responsible of everything as he is responsible of his own acts and nobody should be blamed but he himself.

Correct Pablo. The king did not complain but others complain of him. They should respect him. It's not against his will so why it must be censored.
