The Worst Affiliate Marketing Systems

Since the President of the Philippines took his seat in 2016 there had been continuous fuel price increases. I see this as the worst affiliate marketing systems being imposed to us in the Philippines.

This week one of the lowest refilling stations pumps diesel to the price of 33.22 per liter. In December 2015 price was able to rollback by 19 pesos per liter which is too far this time.

The Duterte Administration plans to increase fuel tax by 20 percent beginning 2020. The bad thing here in the Philippines is that fuel pumps were privatized, meaning it is no longer run by the government.

Will the tax not imposed by the business affiliates on the populace of the nation?

How is it in your own country, is the price tolerable to the masses that depend on these products?

How does your government address this issue?

I think we can form a group here to constantly monitor on this matter around the world since we are international here at WA.

Queensland has the highest fuel prices in Australia! :(

How much Carol?

It is bad news for motorists wanting to make the most of the school holidays, with 84 percent of Brisbane service stations selling regular unleaded for 142.9 cents a litre.

Thank you for the bad news update.

I agree with you. If they are taxing it to a point that it is not feasible to purchase fuel then there is a problem. Here in the US gas prices have risen $.72 USD over the year, and not because of taxes. I spend $250 USD a week on fuel for my truck, and $50 for my wife's Tahoe. Luckily she does not drive as much as me. This is one reason I am hoping to succeed at WA, so I can go anywhere for long periods of time and not waste money on fuel. I would rather spend it on renting condos.

Wow! that's too high Mike but you are a businessman I think.

I am, but I also have a HD2500 Chevy too. I need it for the farming I do, but the long drives kill the wallet.

Yes I agree with Mike and think when the country stabilize, the price of fuel may go down. Let's hope for the best.

That's what we, common people, is expecting Nick.

Hi Jimmy, in Malaysia, the fuel price is subsidised. It changes weekly though, but very minimal. Currently diesel/petrol is about 26 pesos per liter.

Great to know that. It's amazing and we hope more leaders around the world will equally think of it.

Unrest in your part of the world may have something to do with this Jimmy!

I don't know Mike but the situation in Mindanao is not all over the nation.

Yes the closer to Indonesia you get the more unstable it is!

Ok, that's really a business related issue, oil company players always exploit the situation, the harder the situation is business exploitation is all the stricter.

Business companies are eyeing on difficult situations to increase their prices instead of offering assistance to the needy people.

Fuel prices in the US are probably one area of consumer cost that does not follow normal inflation trends. Taxation is steep on fuel in the US which is a different subject and if you are in what is considered a blue state, plan on paying more. Agree with your thoughts on global monitoring, other organizations are just there VS taking action. Jay

Thank you, Jay. Even in the Philippines there is a body watching this particular thing but is being done they just simply watch prices to go up.
