Migraine Attack, Relatively Recovered
Yesterday I was out of the town to update my bank account. I was feeling a little bit uncomfortable because I was sensing migraine attack. It's tolerable so I just ignored it hoping that I can overcome it. After going to the bank, negotiated to people for tomorrows activity we went home and have our rest.
Alas! the more it worsened and I have to buy "algesia" to the Mercury drug store. I took the medicine and sleep and I woke up this morning with the worst condition. For the whole day I vomited maybe six times and I did not eat my breakfast and lunch.
I was thinking what could be the culprit if I have been overdosed with pain reliever or a result of the simultaneous taking of Rovastatin, Vitamin B complex and algesia. But six hours interval is proper I think. I decided to get healed naturally so I did not go to the doctor except taking the medicines previously prescribed by my doctors.
Just before 4 pm I was able to have water and a little rice intake and it did not spew it out. That started my better condition and after 5 o'clock I tried to visit my website and emails.
Still not so comfortable at the moment but I took another medicine the "lagaflex" a combination of muscle relaxant and a pain reliever. So far I am feeling better and hopefully I can fully recover by having my rest tonight.
Thank you for all of your comments on my posts.
Have a happy and healthy day working on your online business.

Happy to read you are feeling better, Jimmy. I've suffered from migraines for many years. Luckily, the headache portion, for me, is only a dull throbbing pain, not debilitating or sickening.
You will never, ever will hear about it. Chemicals are more expensive and have more side effects. What will doctors do with people who healthy? They will lose jobs and the drug industry will miss profit. Sorry for my rant but I see more and more people who suffer and nobody from health professionals show patients the right way such as prevention.
Migraines are so nasty! I used to get them, but not anymore. Then my granddaughter started getting them (she's only 10). I did for her the same thing I did for myself ... started her on magnesium supplements.
Many people who get migraines are deficient in magnesium. Interesting - huh?
Anyway - it is inexpensive and really works for us. Once things are back on track for you, you may want to read on the subject.

Hope this helps!
I also have migraines, but because of my inner ear. Do you think that magnesium will help in this case as well?
Migraines can be a nasty thing for sure. I used to suffer from them a lot. I would get a lovely (sarcasm) aura before getting the full blown headache and vomiting. I would literally have to go to bed, black room, zero noise and just stay there for 12 hours. Even rolling over in bed would cause me to vomit. Lovely, right?
It seemed that mine were triggered by stress. I changed jobs 2 years ago and have suffered from one in the time since doing so. Before that, I would have them almost weekly.
I hope you feel better soon.
Thank you DeeDee I think we are in the same intensity. It's just this time it attacked maybe due to stress, lack of sleep and the drink intake.

Migraines are difficult to work with. I suffer occasionally. I have a family member who suffers almost daily from intense migraines and they can prevent you from doing so much. It's great that you have the strength to move forward despite the migraines. I applaud you.
Yes Lorrie, as long as I can ignore migraine I do whatever work I can. But when it's severe i just want to lay down the whole day taking nothing in.
