Every one has a heart

A heart that feels and exsudes love, be careful, it might explode.

A heart that needs to be loved because it's ailing.

I do have these two hearts, a loving and an ailing.

Well! This is according to the instruments used by the doctor.

I have my cardiologist but I am also the patient and a doctor to myself.

Medications

For more than two years I have been following the doctor's advice but I feel I am not getting well and better. The more I take medicine I feel I'm not comfortable and more sickly.

I took it in my hands without the knowdlege of my cardiologist. I tried to stop taking the prescribed medicine. After three days I'm not sure if I feel good. I continued not to take the medicine. After a week it seems I feel good. Because I feel good I continued not taking those pills for the heart and lo! it's already 6 years I am in good shape.

A Doctor to Myself

Without my cardiologist's knowledge I am already well. Maybe he's thinking now I have gone to another doctor but time will come I'm going to tell him that I got well because I have been a doctor to myself.

Thanks for reading my experience related to health issues. I know you have your own experiences, experiments and discoveries to tell about non-monetary benefits.

What I know is that I have a heart, a heart that continues to love by working every moment that I may live.

Hi Jimmy,
I remember when my father had a heart condition the amount of prescription drugs he had to take. Pills to counter attack the side affects of the other pills.

I would definitely follow your Doctor's advice but I would also consider adding a regiment of herbal remedies. Also proper diet is so very crucial along with exercise.

I am not a fan of Big Pharma, but some medications are necessary. If ever you feel like you would like to explore herbal and diet recommendations I will be glad to PM my URL to you.

Best of health,
Michael

Thanks, Michael. I would say the doctors are very important in the monitoring of our health but we need to observe our own self on its progress with medications. If they cannot suggest anything better then I would stop it.

Even doctors need to do it to gain experience. If they don’t treat a particular illness enough, they may be lacking in certain areas. Takes practice to see results.

That's right, Stanley. A theory is not enough it must be applied and proven.

I know where you're coming from Jimmy. Side-effects can vay between patients, it's not always a 'one size fits all'. We had a similar thing with 'Statins'. Sometimes there are alternatives but we have to persuade the doctors to make the change. Maybe after your positve results it might be worth telling him, just be on the safe side.

You are right Track. If heart ailment is advanced a doctor is really needed.

Sometimes doctors don't know how to treat you and can't fix it either. I broke my foot and went to one doctor. Got sick of him and went and got 2nd opinion. Since then I have been walking and working my way back into my fulltime job as a plumber, which I love to do. I am so happy that your health is in your hands and you feel great.
All the best
Douglas

Thanks, Douglas. It's true many doctors just work with theories unmindful of the effects of what they do to patients.

Some don't even take the time to ask you how your day was going. As my wife would say they have no bedside manners, and then I say can we practice that by the bed and always get a dirty look. She must think that I have a bad manner by the bed. Anyway great you are doing good.
Enjoy the week
Douglas
