I have two sub-domains that are indexed by Google. Is there a difference of these when it comes to earning a revenue in the future or they can work as the Primary Domains?
What's the effect if I want to separate these in the future?

No, you can make subdomain from your primary domain.
and subdomain looks like this
bsurla.yourdomain.com
so subdomain is part of your domain.
