Thank you for that. For some reason when I click the link nothing comes up apart from a blank page, same as if i try to click on aweber blog from google. Any ideas why please?

You need check you have the correct shortcode and also
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

I have already designed a logo I wish to use on Word.
I was not able to save it as a picture & I cannot seem to upload it to the website dashboard, select lo
I don't know what kind of file extension your logo has now nor if you are using windows, but if you are using windows here is one what to convert your logo to jpg first.
Use Microsoft Paint as a simple file converter by opening an image (including WebP format), then saving it as a different file type. Go to File > Save as and open the Save as type drop-down menu. You can then select JPEG and PNG, as well as TIFF, GIF, HEIC, and multiple bitmap formats
Then how to add it to a theme. How To Add A Logo and Icon To My WordPress Site
Appearance > customize > site identity > upload logo and favicon.
If there's an issue uploading it to your media library, you may want to change the image and try again. If you use canva.com to design your logos you may want to save the file again.
Most probably it is am image issue.
