Good afternoon Richard,

Just ignore it, at least for the moment. I have in total
4 Plugins and that seems to be enough.

Richard

I am only using the free version

thanks

Hey Peter, it is an upsell, something to consider later, when you become more familiar with how things work,

Put it on the backburner for now, it will be more beneficial later.

All the best
Gary

Thanks Gary. A bit surprised - I thought Kyle & Carson were uncomfortable with the upsell thing
Richard

It is more Wordpress, they may not have much control there.

Great job! Congratulations on starting your new site :) AIO SEO Pro is not necessary. The free version will do everything that you need.

Hope this helps :)
Marlinda

Thanks Marlinda

I would ask your accountant. WA could be a legitimate tax deduction.

This has BIG issues for me. First I am NOT a US citizen but British living in Spain, where I am fully legally tax registered etc. I also wholly own a Spanish private limited company, in part to keep business & personal interests separate; partly to abide by tax laws in the most efficient manner. I am beginning to think WA enrolment might create hassles for me not worth contemplating. Strange - you seem to have members worldwide so surely these questions have been raised before.

Sorry. rude of me. I should first have thanked you for your reply which I did appreciate

These questions have been asked many times before but most of us are not professional accountants and are not qualified to answer the question except to say seek advice from an expert who knows your circumstances and the tax laws involved.

Thanks Marion. It appears that an early question ... an important one ... is not gonna get an answer here at WA. My confidence to upgrade to Premium Member rapidly diminishing which is such a pity. It seems WA is really only for US folk.

Hi,
There are many of us WA members in the UK and Australia and India etc etc. Ultimately WA will pay you into whatever name and account you nominate. Surely it is up to you to decide if you declare that as corporate or personal income. If you have any doubts I would suggest keeping a record of this thread as proof of your uncertainty and concern.
I hope this helps.
Wish I was in Spain right now as we have this rather cooler damp spell in North Wales

Thanks your kind reply. I don't envy you stuck up there near the slopes off cold, wet Snowdonia. Today here in Fuengirola the sky is bright blue, a sunny 28C with the breeze off the Med just like natures aircon! When I make my first million must invite you over! No doubt the key to credible tax affairs in Europe is legal paper trails - invoices, receipts, blah blah. I wanna stay completely legal. Death & taxes spring to mine ... and we all know what happened to Al Capone. Is there an accounting person at WA one can e-mail so as to set this up right?

I'm in Australia and there are people all over the world here at WA. Please don't expect a personalized answer to a taxation question from unqualified strangers who don't know you or your individual circumstances.

Hi. I look forward to taking you up on your invite. I have not been in Fuengirola for years but have many happy memories of the place and the surrounding area.
I know you find this important and therefore it is important. But it is not illegal to make money. Personally I would crack on with enjoying the global reach of joining WA and learn what it has to offer. Worry about taxes when there is something to tax.
WA has kept me sane after a very difficult time in my life. Where else would you find strangers full of goodwill for someone they never met ?
I wish you well whatever you do. My Sister is off to Marbella for a few days next week so I will let her know that the climate is just right. Have a great weekend

Thanks your kind reply. You talk sense - I must learn to "abandon" old MNC ways of thinking and be more pragmatic sometimes! As you rightly say "worry about tax when there is income to tax!" After all that's why one has retained one's gestoria over here!
I do hope the difficult time for you is passing now onto better days. I too have had some challenges - not least being swindled by a very clever expat over here. As my gestoria says "education costs ... so put it behind you!"

Nice to bump into someone so soon on WA that has been to Fuengirola, and, I assume around the Mijas area. My youngest son is over here next week (empty wallet in hand) and I just told him no coats or jumpers needed. I hope your sister enjoys her trip to Marbella ... in part that place a tad bit expensive for my taste!

Today a BIG day for me! Am upgrading to PREMIUM. Apprehensive? For sure ... but as you say the goodwill here is extraordinary and for sure it "aint no scam"!

Well done Richard.
Always remember that you can stop anytime you wish. But I don't think that you will wish to stop. Always feel free to message me if you need a chat.
All the best

Hi Des.
Just to let you know am all signed up and paid for the first year!
Let's DO IT! Ha! We two Brits gotta show all our global peers on WA we can bring something of worth to the party!!
Kind regards
Richard

Congratulations Richard.
I really look forward to crossing path with you along the way. I think you will be pleasantly surprised just how many Brits are in the community.
Enjoy your weekend and the challenges and rewards that WA will bring your way.
I'm off to the pub for a well earned pint.
Best Regards
