If you have it's not recommended and not needed for WA hosted sites.

This error is probably related to you theme chosen.
Do a browser search (theme name) custom javascript code is not allowed -- Error related to a required structured data element.
See if you get any help for the search.

1/ Have a default theme available
Themes add your site’s look and feel. It’s important to keep them up to date, to stay consistent with your brand and keep your site secure.
Your site has 1 installed theme, and it is up to date.
Your site does not have any default theme. Default themes are used by WordPress automatically if anything is wrong with your normal theme.
Manage your themes
2/ A scheduled event has failed
The scheduled event, jetpack_scan_refresh_states_event, failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.
3/ AMP pages are not being tracked
Your website has Google AMP-enabled pages set up but they are not tracked by Google Analytics at the moment. You need to Install & Activate the MonsterInsights AMP Addon.

4/ Persistent object caching is not enabled

When you point a name server you only point the domain name
your website is made of PHP files and a data base. you should not point your name servers once your website is built you need to move your whole website including your files and the data base
If you want to move your website to WA the support people will do it for you contact them
