You should create an Affiliate Disclosure page when you are first putting your site together and add it to your Footer menu, along with your other legal pages.
In addition, some affiliates require you to place a small affiliate disclosure near to any affiliate link promoting their products. Most don't require this, but Amazon is one who does.

When you display an affiliate link on your website
It should be clearly visible in the primary menu. Disclosure is typically a page.
You also need a shorter disclosure as close as possible to the first affiliate link in a post, either above or below the link.
For Amazon, it has to say "as an Amazon Associate I may earn from qualified purchases" and this has to be directly above your first Amazon link in post.

Your website should have 70 % informational and 30% posts with commercial intent. You would want the informational post to generate traffic.
I would leave my review posts to marinate in the search engines before turning them into commercial intent.
