Good Mood Work Smooth

"Whistle while you work. It won't take long, when there's a song to help you set the pace. When hearts are high, the time will fly so whistle while you work." ~ Snow White And The 7 Dwarves

When your doing something you love, working with good people and you are in your groove, time will fly and things go smooth.

We have all heard the saying, "Work on what you love, and you will never work a day in your life.

If you also get to work in a place you love, among people you love working with, while helping other people to do the same thing, then it really doesn't get any better than that.

Hi Aaron.

An awesome way to get the job done in high spirits! Great quote! I remembered that book. One of my aunts gave me that book as a birthday present when I was a kid. I read that book several times.

Enjoy the rest of the week! Wishing you the very best!

Kind regards,
Nichola

Hi Nichola, thank you very much. It's a great little story. All the best to you and have a wonderful week also. :)

You are welcome. Thank you very much! 😍😃

You are very welcome, Nichola! Hope you are having a great day, my good friend! :)

I am! 😃

That's great to hear, Nichola! Have a great night! :)

Thank you! 😃

You are very welcome, Nichola! :)

Hi Aaron
In the late 70s (I think), Gallagher & Lyle (from a band called Cream) sang “If you can’t be with the one you love, then love the one you’re with”.

Of course it was really about relationships. I happened to be doing a temp job that I hated, night shift on a production line stacking products on palletes,

I turned their words into a meaning for the job, stopped complaining and made the most of my time. When I left for a permanent job elsewhere they offered me a leadership role at the factory. A useful life lesson.
:-)

I loved the 70s; Blind Faith; Cream; my friend Dale lived across the alley from me; he's in "Canned Heat." He played in jamm sessions every weekend back in the day in California. I sure miss the 70s! They were my favorite decade. :)

Thank you very much, Richard! That is a great story. It certainly is beneficial to remain positive and make the best of every situation. Count your blessing and be grateful for what you have and life is so much easier. Thank you for your perspective on the matter, my good friend. Hope you are doing well, have a great night and a wonderful start to your week! :)

I was just a babe in the 70s but I bet you had a blast, Denise! Hope you have a great Monday, love the one your with and have a week in which the cream rises to the top, my good friend! :)

Hi Denise
I’m loathe to claim that any decade was any better than another but...
I was 20 in 1973 and remember the 70s as a decade of new freedoms...
Partly because of changes from the 60s for life and music especially..., partly because the perceived freedom my age brought (adulthood at 18 in the UK with few responsibilities, lots if energy and a great time as a musician myself).

So I also remember the 70s as a special time.
:-)
Richard

Sounds like you had a great time, Richard! I would love to have been been able to experience some of those interesting times. Have a great Monday and week, my good friend! :)

Hi Aaron
I think every generation has interesting times!
They are often most interesting when we look back on them.
:-)
Richard

I love them! I knew the inventor of the "flower power stickers"; I got to know him through his daughter; we went to school together. It was a blast for sure! We had crates of those neon-colored "groovy" stickers. They were all over the place. Have a good week Aaron! :)

That is very true, my good friend! lol :)

That's really cool, Denise! You have a very interesting life, it sounds like to me, my good friend. Hope you have a productive and interesting week! See you around. :)

Hi Aaron, hope you are doing. Heck, I always used to whistle when at work, even break out into song on the radio for accompanied. It may not have been appreciated by the other techs but they had to live with it. A very uplifting post Aaron, thank you for the share.

All the very best,

Michael

My dad whistled all the time; I never could, but I was great at popping bubbles with Bazooka bubble gum. Whistling is an art I still appreciate/love; whistling; makes you happy!! :)

Hi Denise, popping bubbles with Bazooka bubble gum sounds like fun. I am sure your dad is a satisfied gentleman. It is important to enjoy your work.

lol. Keep singing and working hard Michael, and you will get to where you need to be. Hope you sing your way through a wonderful rest of your weekend, my good friend! Thank you and all the best to you too! :)

My dad was also a very good whistler. Sadly I did not inherit that ability. lol Have a great one, Denise! :)

I always wished I could do that rapid bubble popping thing that a lot of people can do with their gum. lol :)

You are very welcome Aaron. Enjoy your weekend also.

Thank you very much, Michael! :)

Until 12, I was the traditional "bubble gummer"; I always had a pocket full of Bazooka or "Double-Bubble." Pop! :) I probably drove my mom nuts!

LOL! I bet you did. But I bet you had popping time doing it. Have a bubblicious start to your week, my good friend! :)

Have a great week my friend.

Michael

Thank you very much, Michael! :)

You are welcome very much Aaron.

:)

I can't whistle either, but as I develop your topic further, I recommend listening to good music where you can hum along.

Thank you very much, Lea! I agree with you, my good friend. Keep on humming along with your business and have a wonderful weekend, my good friend! :)
