I have no experience with Partnerstack. However, you would typically need content and traffic before applying to affiliate programs, as they would check your website before approval.
I would add more informational content to drive organic traffic.

Hi - yes, it's a rolling program over 30 days.
So, for example, if you offer 10 comments today, then in 30 days, they will drop from your score.
You need to consistently keep your score above 50 to retain Certified Commenter status.

You can bulk up to 20 images for free but if you have more then do another batch of 20 all for free.

Hello, recently I have written a few blogs posts on my WA blog and the headings do not show up after I hit publish. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

We will look into the H tags in WA blogs. We are working on a big update in how blogging works at WA and that includes a brand new editor.

it is only h3 that works... the other headings are used for their system...
as Carson says they are hopefully going ot be changing it sometime soon....
if you press ctrl+u on any other blog and use the search ( ctrl+f) you will find that they only use h3 headings for the actual blog...
the h1 and h2 are used by the platform....

However, I would also clear browsers cache, refresh and try again or try in a different browser. Chrome is usually good unless you are already using it.

Hello, I have been dinged on skip rate 5% because I had to skip a couple posts I had already commented on. Currently, I am trying to leave more comments and it keeps offering
If you do not go to that page and just leave site comments, your skip rate will not increase. Just wait a couple of hours and try again.
I must say though that I encounter the same and it gets more and more difficult to find something to comment on.
