When I click on "Add New" Post on my website its downloads 'post-new.php' file instead of opening the file. This problem actually occurs while clicking on other links too like

I do not think there is such an option. The only way I know is through media library. I assume this is known to you.
Looks like I already uploaded through media library. But by that way when I open the link. it shows error 404
When you add to the post, go to add media, copy url when it appears in the box, and then stop the procedure at this point. So you will have the link which you can use in the text.

Its been more than a week since i am working on my website. I just wanted to ask how long it usually takes.
Or have I done anything wrong? I have ticked all four boxes on
it can take a bit of time however if you want something to get indexed a bit faster you can use google fetch in your webmasters tool
I cant actually become premium member to watch this unfortunately :)
No Paypal or international master card support in my country.

I somewhere read about making some guide to your website (xls page or something) and submitting it to google web-master to get indexing. Is it necessary?
I am worried if I do that i will be sending the page like 'privacy policy' which i copied on first place so will get negative view as 'copied content'.
Yes, you should ad an XML sitemap, and when you have ticked all boxes beneath your privacy policy, that will not be a problem
