Hi Annette,
Have you tried putting more space between your image and the text.
What theme are you using? It looks like the push pin image goes with the sticky post. You might have to ask the designer if you don't want it. on your sticky posts
Is everything in each menu supposed to be represented in my posts?

you have your niche xx then you will have your pages at top of page which tell you generally what its about then you have your categories, all your post should be aimed at what your niche is about which in turn should be your page and categories

If you know their profile name, you can go into the search bar at the top and type their name. Even if you don't know their whole name it might help. Once you start typing (if you know what it starts with), names will start popping up.
Just type the name of the member in the search area..(If you know the name)..Or did you ask the case if you dont know her name
