Have you ever thought about the way you look at a niche? I know sometimes we are not too sure about the niche we want to select and we may not know what to do.

I didn’t know what niche I wanted to select when I started the training here in Wealthy Affiliate.

The way I finally decided on the niche that I selected was thinking about what I spend most of my spare time doing.

I’m not saying selecting a niche that way is the sure fire way. You know who you are and you know what you like and dislike.

Sometimes not liking something can be a way to determine a niche. You may be passionate enough to dislike something and why not make it a niche.

To give you an example, it could be particular ingredients in our foods that got you passionate enough to start a niche in that manner.

Some foods make people sick. By you selecting a niche that pertains to food ingredients that make people sick, you may help people live happy lifestyles through your recommended products and services.

In Other Words, What I’m Getting At Here

If you feel me in what I’m saying so far, look at a niche as a cause.

We go online nowadays looking for answers to questions we may have.

Your cause is another reason why someone may want to click on your website which leads to, that person reading the quality content you created for your cause.

So Are You Saying That Every Niche Has A Cause, Evelyn like clothes for dogs?

Some people may not have a closet full of dog attire for their pet or pets, but they may have a few jackets for those colds days.

My dog loves wearing clothes, especially in the winter. She loves a particular jacket.

If anyone of us takes it off of her in my household, she starts to moan and groan. If my dog is like that, then I’m sure she’s not alone.

These clothes lovin' dogs don’t want to walk around in their birthday suits all the time so they may want a change, Lol.

These dogs want to make us dog lovers happy by allowing us to put a little t-shirt on them. If it makes their owner happy then the dog is happy too.

Another way to look at it is that it is putting smiles on owners faces and their dogs love that.

If dogs want to wear a little jacket and look cute and are happy about doing it, you’re helping these dogs that like to wear clothes the cause.

Even Hobbies Are Causes

Our hobbies are a way that we can relieve some of our stress in our daily lives. I know that is why I love watching movies with my grown babies.

I love it because I’m spending time with them and it is just priceless memories. Our hobbies may be different and to each their own.

Even with our hobbies, we search online for more data about our hobbies. What you may not realize is that you may have helped someone who needed help at the time.

I know it could be something trivial to you, but it might mean everything to your neighbor. So when you are trying to decide on a niche, you may want to try looking at it a niche as a cause.

It might help you find a niche that you may not have thought of.

What are your thoughts on this whole niche as a cause way of thinking?

Do you think a cause is another way to look at a niche or do you disagree with me completely?

If so, feel free to speak your mind, I’d love to read what you gotta say, thanks!

I agree with you,
A niche is something you do and talk about with ease.
You feel fulfilled whenever you do things within your niche.

Hey Juliet, well said! thanks for your thoughts.

Yes know your audience is one of the principles that Kyle teachs so that would only make sense.

Thanks Elaine!

Yes, your passion that does not seem like work to you because you flow with it, my dear. But t has to make you money as well, otherwise it will not be worth it.

Thanks Lanu!

I think this is a great way at looking at a niche. If you have a cause, then you want to help someone. If your website helps people then you have a great business.
With Grace and Gratitude
Karen

Thanks Karen.
