Payment Not Being Accepted. Any Help?

I just thought of writing this to get help process my payment for the annual premium membership fee balace. Can someone help?

Here is my payment story.

Last week, I tried using my visa savings bank account to pay for another one month membership fee. That is all I got, after giving up my consultancy projects which really stresses me.

I do not have a credit card. I have given them up ten years ago. My application for one nowadays is wrong timing. I got declined probably due to pandemic. Was not hurt because a proffessor at the same time research manager friend in a state university was also declined.

The visa card cad I used is the same I used in my first month of application for premium membership. It was accepted then and now is being asked for a different type of credit card.

Somebody ( sorry I forgot the name and don't know how to go back to the question thread), instructed me to try it to connect my bank to paypal which I did. But in order to pay it is asking for the email address or payment account credentials of the one to whom I am paying for. And sorry, I am paying only now because we have to raise the budget for this amount.

Our paypal option payment bar is only asking for my location and not for my paypal credentials.

I don't know what to do. I haven't got an answer from site support. I don't want to lose all that I have accomplished if I will not be able to continue my premium membership. Imagine from rank 233000+ down to 3801 now?

I have 2 more days left, can you help me in processing my payment?

When you choose Paypal, you choose the country, and then you go through the process. It will ask for your login information when it sends you over to Paypal.

If your payment does not go through, your bank may be blocking your payment for one reason or another. We are a Canadian company (might be international depending on where you live) and often times online transactions are blocked.

I couldn't pay on http://Apple.com the other day for this very reason, but if you contact your credit card company they should be able to get you sorted.

Sometimes banks or credit cards will just start blocking certain payments without notice, so this could be the issue here.

I tried paypal yesterday but it did not ask for information. I will try again today. If it did not ask, it could really be my bank.

Hi, I went to National Bookstore and they do not carry prepaid mastercard for sale in Pampanga." Probably in Manila", they said.

Manila is somewhat far and I cannot go there because it is locked down.

I also went to inquire on my bank and asked why payment is being held. They said that they do not allow payment from the Philippines to another country.Last month payment must have been approved by mistake. It should be process through telegraphic transfer in which I would be needing some of your information

Among them are:
1. Ordering bank
2. Beneficiary Bank: FW/CH No. or SWIFT CODE
3. Name
4. Address
5. Country of Destination
6. Beneficiary Account Number
7. Beneficiary Name ( Last name, First Name,Middle name)

I will email to you a screenshot of the request form.

If you will be able to provide the data today, then I will be able to process the payment tomorrow, between 8 - 12, Philippine time. Processing time before it will be cleared to you is 3 working days. I will shoulder the processing fee so you can have the net expected payment.

Let me settle other charges, if there would be, as an impact of the 3 days processing fee. Again, that will be if you can provide me the data I need until tonight.

I have a PayPal business card which is actually a debit card only. PayPal changed some processing lately and I had problems at first accepting to payments made to me. Open PayPal, and check and see if there are boxes that you can select for your PayPal payment card. Follow these instructions closely, the PayPal instructions I mean, and that might straighten out your PayPal card, and give you those goofy credentials they want now.

Hello, Tulio. This is a great reason it is good to be part of the WA community. So many are willing and can help. I regret that I can only benefit from reading the responses. I hope you have everything straightened out by now.

Have you written to PayPal support? Do that immediately and ask them why it’s asking for recipients credentials.

Don't really know how to reach them.

Is it a paypal problem or is it the set up at Wealthy Affiliate? When credit card is pressed, it asks for the credit card details, but when pay pal is pressed, it only asks for location of payment. No details of paypal account being asked.

Try another way. Logout from WA and then go to this link and contact support:

Great suggestion by zydegeaux. If you are in The Philippines, you may try to get a prepaid visa card at Family Mart, National Bookstore or SM.

As in available at national bookstore? Where can I load? National bookstore also?

I have not had a personal experience but the retail store from where you purchase the prepaid card, should be able to advise you on the loading.

Get a MasterCard and make sure you have the equivalent amount in the account.
