If unable login you may preset the password and try again, sometimes when we copy and paste we tend to add an extra character to beginning or end, maybe they need type it manually.

I think to recover your password, you will have to contact the site administrator and ask for to reset the password and they will ask for certain security questions one is an e-mail I address to send a reset to and also maybe some other security questions. What I do and I suggest to you to do is to write down your passwords in a place that is secure you so that you will have in the future. I have had this problem in the past. QSR measures the competition for the keyword you're researching so lower is better. The next number SEO is Jaaxy's estimate of the percentage probability of ranking on page 1, so the higher (up to 100) the better. Take it as just a guess though.
Totally agree with Abie - QSR as low as possible ( less competition ) and avg as high as you can over 30
To remember these important points I have an unpublished post in site content - in which I write all my tips and information - easy to retrieve if I forget any :)
Look for searches (avg.) above 30 and competition (qsr. ) lower than 100, the lower the qsr the better. Starter sites SEO greater than 95.

Your found target keywords go in the title of your post and again in first or second paragraph then write freely. Some include them towards a conclusion if it conveys a message. I'd also make sure they are grammatically correct.

Thank you very much for explaining where the target keywords go.
When I started with WA, I wasn't sure where the targeted keyword should go... it took months before I understood the simple part that it should be in my title. I knew it should be in my first paragraph and had no issues with that. I couldn't find any training that spoke specifically that the target keyword goes in the title.

It indicates the number of competing websites using the very same keyword.
If the QSR is 120 - there are at least 120 different websites that try to rank for the keyword.
If the QSR is 5, you have a good chance to rank in the TOP 6 positions.
Then recommended number legend for keywords in Jaaxy is
AVG greater than 30
QSR less than 100 and less than 50 for new sites
SEO greater than 94 for new sites.
QSR means the number of posts already using that exact same keyword phrase. So it is your competition for that exact same keyword phrase.
SEO tells you how easy it may be to rank for that keyword phrase. The higher the number the easier it is to rank.
