I rebooted my computer but now cannot see how to replay the initial welcome video that was presented after upgrading or ascertain whether the sound is okay. The should was fine

Hi did any other sound on you computer works? May be you need to check you sound card if it does not work. Also If you are using headset try with other. Also check you sound settings in the control panel. If that does not work I would recommend you to erase all cache on you explorer.
Cheers for your advice. I rebooted and had a cup of tea. Then received an email from Kyle with link to video which worked fine ...and with sound.

I am using an iMac and tried to load up my profile image from my computer but after selecting choose the step shown on the video where ...image is loading.. does not happen and
I am not sure if I am allowed to answer my own question but I j=have now seen the error message that my image is too large. So currently have a picture of my doggy loaded
